Nicotine use and mental health survey
ASH Scotland is developing new resources to better support people who use nicotine products with their mental health.
To ensure these resources are relevant and genuinely helpful, we would really value hearing directly from you.
We have created a short anonymous survey that explores nicotine use, mental health experiences, and the types of support that would be most useful to encourage people to make positive choices to protect health and wellbeing.
The survey, which should take around 10 minutes to complete, is open to anyone who uses nicotine in any format (smoking, nicotine pouches, vaping etc). This is not just for young people.
The survey is completely confidential, voluntary, and participants can stop at any time. No personal details are collected. Every response will be helpful in shaping the support tools we will create.
We are gathering responses for six months to give participants plenty of time to take the survey when it best suits you.
